The flat is on the top floor of Malting House. There are exposed beams in the living room and bedroom giving a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The flat enjoys views to the village of Rowhedge at the front and of the River Colne and Brightlingsea church at the rear. Entrance to the flat is via a spiral staircase from the back garden of Malting House. The flat is suitable for a single person or a couple.

if smoking occurs. No pets are allowed. Bed linen is not provided. An
assortment of crockery and cutlery can be supplied if required.
Malting House flat is £340 per calendar month exclusive of outgoings. Rent is payable monthly in advance. A deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required. Minimum tenancy twelve months.
