in the property must not smoke. No pets are allowed. Bed linen is not provided. An
assortment of crockery and cutlery can be supplied if required.
£1200 per calendar month exclusive of outgoings. Rent is payable monthly in advance. A deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required. Minimum tenancy six months.
